Okay, so for the past few years there have been e-mails floating around about how to tag people on FB using, I'm guessing, the all-powerful JAWS. Well, I don't have JAWS--I use Window-Eyes--so the methods never worked for me. However, I just posted an article today and wanted to experiment with tagging. Here was how I wrote the status:
Comment
@Tag one
@Tag 2
URL
Now, it showed up almost right, except between the two names, it also inserted the first name of the second person being tagged. I deleted the post and started over, but the same thing happened. What am I doing wrong?
I also noticed that if I wrote Comment. @Tag 1, @Tag 2, then entered and pasted the URL, the URL actually gave me the title of the webpage, but the at-tagging doesn't like it when you put punctuion after pple's names, apparently, and so did not tag the first person, but tagged the second. I almost wasn't going to explain this method because it's rather confusing, but oh well, I did anyway.
Any guidance on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Forgot to mention: I was using Firefox 9 to do this. I wouldn't trust IE worth anything to keep up with my typing. I'm lucky it doesn't omit letters on here. Anyone noticed that? IE doesn't keep up with fast typing, especially if the page is clogged with visual coding such as Flash and Java...but that's an entirely diferent matter altogether.
its very difficult to do even with jaws. i use to be able to do it but now it for some reason doesn't work anymore.
So in case you haven't noticed, if you are using Facebook Mobile on a computer, you can now tag friends and add location to your status by clicking the "More Options" link under the "What's on your mind?" box. Have fuuuuun!
Awesome! I'll give this a try! Woohoo!
